Research & Evaluation

HDI projects include evaluative components and opportunities for research. We also promote research and evaluation as an overall priority of the Institute. Our Evaluation Unit has a strong portfolio of projects with customers in Kentucky, other states and projects of national scope. We offer competitive funding for research led by HDI staff and faculty through our Fund for Excellence. For more information, contact: Phillip Rumrill PhD, CRC.
