Responsibilities: Director of the Kentucky Early Childhood Data System (KEDS) which is designed to provide a data system that will allow teachers and providers at the local level to implement high quality curriculum-based assessments that inform instructional and classroom practices yet provide data at the regional/district and state level on the extent to which children are meeting the Kentucky Early Childhood Standards and OSEP Child Outcomes.

Experiences: My work at HDI has been supported by numerous grants and contracts at both the national and state levels around issues such as professional development of early care and education providers and the link to quality environments and child outcomes, family and professional interactions and decision-making, and service decision-making in early intervention.
