Responsibilities: Provide direct services to Retain participants including case management, facilitation of return to work by communicating with employers and health care providers, identifying and coordinating workplace accommodations, and making referrals to social service agencies to address participants’ return to work barriers.

Experiences: I have a Masters degree in Safety Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science from West Virginia University. I am a Certified Safety Specialist. I have worked in the field of Injury and Illness Prevention for the University of Kentucky in Occupational Safety. Over my 20-year career I have provided the services of total worker health recommendations, ergonomic solutions, case management, coordination of transitional work, and return to work placement.
