Responsibilities: Provide regional oversight and leadership to Child Care Aware of Kentucky Health and Safety, Quality, Professional Development, and Training Coaches in the Northern Bluegrass Region (Bourbon, Boone, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Harrison, Kenton, Nicholas, Owen, Pendleton, and Scott Counties). Serve as the liaison for community partners on issues related to quality early care and education environments and resources.

Experiences: For over 20 years, I have worked in settings providing supports for children and families. I have experience with strengthening families, promoting healing from trauma, building and sustaining nurturing relationships, preventing child abuse and neglect, and child development. I am committed to utilizing collaborative approaches to leverage and expand resources for children, families, and communities.

Reason: I am committed to advancing projects and initiatives that allow children to grow in developmentally appropriate nurturing environments specific to their needs.

Research:

Interests: I am passionate about children and families, supporting the community, and service work. I enjoy family adventures, Boy and Girl Scouts, and hiking in my free time.
