Reason: Grew up working with my grandparents non-profit, working with children with disabilities. I have an interdisciplinary B.A. in Sociology and Psychology, so I care a lot about systems and adapting social institutions to work better for people and their lives, and ultimately, to increase well-being.

Research: I am a Graduate Student in the College of Design and I am particularly interested in studying development and how environment informs experiences throughout the lifespan, specifically focusing on children at this time. I am interested in inclusive and universal design, as well as the importance of play in development for both children and adults.

Interests: Hiking and backpacking, raising chickens, building spatial art, and spending time with my family!
