Staff will be available to assist and answer all questions. This is a two-day event on Tuesday November 19th and November 21st.
TAALC TOPICS – Fridays from 12:00 ET/11:00 CT. Speech Language Pathologists, Educators, Para-educators, Pre-service students. 1 hour of ASHA Credit available. Session Topic: Core Vocabulary and Curriculum focuses on teaching core vocabulary through curriculum including core word(s) of the week, words with books, words with music, words in content. Resources and tools provided.
Live Interdisciplinary webinar series to address needs in supporting AAC Users. Each 1-hour session includes a teaching presentation and a case study. Session Topic: “Writing”. Participants will discuss how oral and written language are connected. Strategies to support writing, including AT and AAC devices, will be introduced.
