Responsibilities: Conducts outreach to licensed child care centers to help increase quality in early care and education settings. Conducts and references the four Environment Rating Scales during their TA process and maintains expertise in best practice. Provides outreach and TA using effective and current evidenced-based quality practices. TA is provided by email, phone, or onsite and helps prepare for the STARS Rating Visit by the STARS Rater.
