Responsibilities: I support, through coaching and consulting, early childhood programs as they work to increase quality. This in turn supports Kentucky families as they search for the best child care, preschools, and after school care for their young children.

Experiences: I have previously worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Child Adult Care Food Program Consultant as well as a Summer Food Service Program Consultant.

Reason: I believe all children and families should have access to high quality early childhood programs, no matter what their abilities or socio-economic status.

Research:

Interests: I love yoga, hiking, kayaking, and acting as sous chef for my husband (an amazing cook!) and playing with my three year old grandson and fifteen month old grand daughter! We also love to travel and are especially fond of Central America. We look forward to visiting some familiar and new places in the coming year!
