Experiences: Twenty-five years serving underrepresented populations in higher education and building unique programs and opportunties for students with disabilities.

Reason: A strong passion for working with individuals with disabilities and those from underrepresentred groups. Partnering with community to provide equitable opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Research: Building partnerships and networks, student success, youth leadership, social inclusion

Interests: Outdoor activities including hiking, biking and scuba diving.
