Through ongoing and regular in-person meetings with the Kentucky Department of Education’s (KDE) Directors for the Division of IDEA Implementation and Preschool (DIIP) and Division of IDEA Monitoring and Results (DIMR) along with the Office of Special Education and Early Learning’s (OSEEL) Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B Data Manager and fiscal analysts, the Human Development Institute (HDI) staff provide data, monitoring, and fiscal support to KDE.
