TAALC: Teaching Age Appropriate Learning through Communication

The TAALC project provides professional development training and technical assistance for school teachers and speech language pathologists teams serving students who do not use oral speech and do not yet have augmentative alternative communication (AAC). Symbolic communication is essential for safety, development of social/emotional skills, as well as academic learning.
