This fact sheet is from the National Center for Dignity in Healthcare for People with Disabilities, in which HDI is a partner, and is based on guidance from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. The fact sheet is aimed at medical and health care professionals and focuses on including individuals with disabilities in the COVID-19 response to ensure equitable care.
