Americans with Disabilities 30th Anniversary Commemorative

Staff from the UK Human Development Institute reflect on the 30th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) signed in to law by President George H. W. Bush on July 26, 1990. The ADA provides protections of the rights and opportunities for people with disabilities in our nation. Although the ADA has brought progress, our work has just begun.

Thank you for watching.

A special thanks to each of our participants: Amanda Friend, Bev Harp, Carolyn Wheeler, Carrington Gonzales, Haley Potter, Jason Jones, Kathy Sheppard-Jones, Kristen Dahl, Morgan Turner
