The HDI Strategic Plan emphasizes HDI’s unique position within the University and role within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Strategic Plan focuses on leadership, research & scholarship, universal design, and expanding our reach. The HDI Strategic Plan is composed of objectives, activities and actions with metrics to gauge our progress. *HDI has extended its strategic plan through June 30, 2025.
