The Community Work Transition Program, as an OVR transition service, is designed for OVR-eligible students who have identified competitive integrated employment as their goal after exiting school (graduation or timing out of services), who want to attain employment prior to high school exit, and who need assistance, including support from an employment specialist, to obtain and maintain employment. OVR considers students with an IEP, a 504 Plan, or a documented disability from a doctor, psychologist, or other medical professional as Potentially Eligible. Once determined to be Potentially Eligible, a student may receive services.
