Responsibilities: Train and supervise Return to Work Coordinators on the Retain project. Provide direct services to Retain participants including case management, facilitation of return to work by communicating with employers and health care providers, identifying and coordinating workplace accommodations, and making referrals to social service agencies to address participants’ return to work barriers.

Experiences: I have a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Kent State University. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I have worked in the field of rehabilitation counseling for the last seventeen years serving individuals with various disabilities to help them enter the workforce or return to work. I have provided the services of case management, vocational evaluations, coordination of transitional work, career exploration, job seeking skills training, and job development and placement.
