Responsibilities: Provide direct assistive technology services to clients with disabilities who are trying to obtain or maintain employment.
Experiences: I have a small web design service on the side. Before coming to HDI, I worked with the Cooperative Extension Service. I also worked for the University of the Cumberlands.
Reason: I have a love for technology and for teaching and my position allows me to combine the two. I am also interested in disability and advocacy because of my own disability; I am a T-6 paraplegic and wheelchair user following an ATV accident in 2007.
Interests: I love technology, especially experimenting with development platforms for electronic prototyping such as the Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
