Kristen Dahl is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES). She serves as a Program Manager for the Human Development Institute at the University of Kentucky and a Principal Investigator for Sphere. Kristen is passionate about advocating for mental health and disability, and overcoming stigma and barriers surrounding mental health conditions. Kristen is interested in self-compassion and ways our humanity connects us. She enjoys reading and collecting unique fidgets.
