What is it?

In an effort to increase learning opportunities for Employment Specialists in Kentucky, the SETP is creating a Mentorship Initiative. This will pair experienced Employment Specialists with those newer to the field in order to increase competencies in supporting people with significant disabilities in finding and keeping good jobs. We will use information shared in the application, to best match Mentor/Mentees together, including those with management responsibilities.

How do I learn more?

The Supported Employment Training Project will host an informational session on November 4th at 10:00 Eastern. We will give an overview of expectation and have lots of time for Question & Answers.  Register for this zoom event here.

To apply to be a Mentor or Mentee complete the application found here.
