SUMMARY:Self-Advocate LEND Trainee Panel: HDI Seminar Series
DESCRIPTION:The Kentucky LEND program\, or Leadership Education in Neurodevelopment Disabilities\, is a federally funded program committed to developing leaders among future professionals in disability-related fields. LEND self-advocate trainees will describe their LEND experiences through this panel. Attendees will learn about what these self-advocates are doing today in their respective professional careers and how they are using the knowledge and experience they have gained to create a better world for all people with disabilities.
