Successful Return to Work Strategies for Absence Management and/or Disability Leave

Date: Thursday, January 26, 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm

Learning Objectives: The RETAIN Kentucky Employer Seminar Series presents Successful Return to Work Strategies for Absence Management and/or Disability Leave. Family Medical Leave Act entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons. Employees may desire to return to work during the allowed leave due to financial constraints or ability to perform temporary tasks while they are recovering. Join Expert Lori Newhouse to learn how to help workers access resources and navigate the return-to-work process within the Absence Management and/or Disability Management Systems. Objectives 1. Hear who is an eligible employee and covered employer 2. Review examples of qualifying conditions 3. Discuss strategies to support employees in their Return-to-Work goals. If you are unable to attend, you can watch this presentation and other employment related videos at RETAIN Kentucky Media to support return-to-work/stay-at work efforts.
