Learning Objectives: Doing More within Same or Fewer Resources: A Key Imperative in 2022 and Beyond and the Case for Improved Understanding of Data-driven Decision Making (DDDM) This presentation will introduce DDDM as an essential strategy for use by disability providers to successfully meet a key imperative in 2022 and beyond, highlighting the need to develop an astute understanding of the dimensions of cultural diversity, including disability. Learning Objectives 1. Participants will become aware of the forces at play that result in the key imperative to “do more within same or fewer resources.” 2. Participants will become aware of the various dimensions of culture and that disability is legitimately one of them along with the roles of disability/employment research and DEI. 3. Participants will become aware of the basic concepts involved in DDDM.
